For individuals
25% no claims bonus when they renew If members don't need to make a claim, they'll automatically get back at least 25% of this year's premium off the cost of next year's cover. By fully engaging in the Vitality programme. this discount can increase to 50. 75 or even 100%.
For groups
Personal Health Fund To pay for things not normally covered by PMI such as health screens and treatment for chronic conditions,
Member reward options To encourage employees to be healthier and reward them for not claiming. members could receive cash back at renewal. Or groups could opt to increase the member's Personal Health Fund which can be used for additional treatments not usually covered by PMI,
Profit share for employers For groups. we aim to reduce the cost of cover by taking 25% of this year's unclaimed premium* off the next year's renewal premium. We also cap any loading due to high claims at 10%. excluding age and medical inflation.
